OUR COMMERCIAL REPAIR ROOFERS:

Our repair roofers can handle your roof repair and service needs. The Network refers primarily one repair roofer and uses the others as a back up for those times when things are busy. Roofing is a “feast or famine” industry and everyone tends to get busy at the same time so there is a need for backup repair roofers.

Many roofers offer repairs sort of as a “necessary evil” but their real focus is on the large projects where the money is. Therefore, very often, companies with this philosophy don’t have the trained personnel experienced in finding roof leaks. They approach the process of determining the source of the leak in a haphazard disorganized manner and this usually results in a success rate of 50 percent or less.

Our primary repair roofer, on the other hand, has a separate division that specializes in nothing but repair work & approach finding leaks in what I can only describe as an “anal retentive” manner!

OUR PRIMARY REPAIR ROOFERS:

A separate division dedicated to roofing.

The company consists of two brothers—one of whom focuses on repairs and runs it totally separately from the re-roofing division handled by his brother.

They work on a “cost plus” basis….i.e. an hourly man hour rate plus materials and misc. like mileage, etc. and a “cost plus” for profit of 15 percent.

Due to this company’s similar commitment to quality, when I closed High Tech I arranged job offers for my employees with this primary repair roofer. In fact my old foreman is still currently assigned to handling my old High Tech accounts!
